- sieve flour, spice. ground almonds. cream buter & sugar , stir in flour mix & eggs. lastly add fruit. place in tins.
- (10 inch tin) 150 c for one & a half hours. 110 c for a further 3 hours. (8 inch tin) 130 for 1 hour 10th mins. 110c for a further 2 hours 15 mins.
