Ingredients of Eggless Hot Milk Cake
- It's 120 gms of maida.
- It's 60 gms of butter salted.
- Prepare 100 gms of curd.
- It's 150 ml of warm-hot milk.
- Prepare 110 gms of granular sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- It's 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract.
Eggless Hot Milk Cake instructions
- Sieve maida with baking powder & baking soda & keep aside..
- Grease a cake tin & dust it with maida & keep aside, preheat the oven to 180°c..
- In a mixing bowl take butter & sugar beat it well for 5-8min, then add curd to it & again mix well..
- Then add vanilla extract & give it a good mix, then add sieved maida mix & slowly add the warm milk & make a smooth batter..
- Transfer the batter into the greased mould & bake it for 35-40min over 180°c on lower rack..
- After 35min insert a toothpick & check if it comes out clean it's done, let the cake cool for atleast 2&3 hours before slicing..
