- It's 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
- It's 1 cup of yellow cornmeal.
- You need 1/4 cup of white sugar.

Honey Cornbread step by step
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar and baking powder.
- Divide in half (making sort of a well in the middle) and add cream, oil, honey, and eggs.
- Stir to combine the ingredients together.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Insert a toothpick into the center of the pan and if it comes out clean then your cornbread is ready but if not, cook for a few more minutes monitoring the toothpick as you insert it.
