- It's 1 of Pork roast ( boston butt or pork shoulder).
- Prepare 1 medium of onion.
- It's 3 clove of garlic.
- You need 1 of BBQ Rub Seasoning.
- You need 1 of BBQ Sauce.
- It's 1 of Salt & Pepper.
BBQ Pulled Pork step by step
- Quarter onions and chop garlic.
- Place in bottom of crockpot, with a few pinches of salt and pepper.
- Coat pork in BBQ rub seasoning and place in crockpot on top of onions and garlic.
- Fill 2/3rds with water.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
