- You need 1 Can of Golden Mushroom Soup (cream of mushroom substitute).
- It's of Dry onion soup mix or Onion and Mushroom soup mix.
- You need 2 cloves of garlic.
- Prepare 1 cup of +/- water.
- It's of Seasoned salt.
- Prepare Dash of Mrs. Dash.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Pre season meat.
- Cut slits in meat and place garlic into slits.
- Coat bottom of roasting pan with oil.
- Brown edges of meat in roasting pan.
- Pour soup (Mushroom) over browned meat.
- Add 1/3 can of water.
- Add 1/2 package of onion soup mix.
- Cover with foil (or pan cover) and bake for 20 minutes at 350.
- Reduce heat to 250 and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
